Our lamb sausages are not to be missed. We worked with local Chef and Butcher Meredith Leigh to create these crazy delicious sausages. The Piri Piri is a blend of South African Spices that are extremely flavorful but not too spicy. The White Pepper Rosemary is a perfect pairing of traditional flavors that go great with lamb. We added in some of our organic fed pork fat from our forest raised hogs and the result is truly extraordinary. Impress your friends or family with these unique and flavorful sausages. *We only offer our meat in bundles because we place an emphasis on utilizing the entire animal. We work directly with our processor to curate our bundles so that nothing goes to waste from the prime cuts to the bones and organs.
