One of the many benefits of focusing on whole-animal processing is that we are able to offer animal shares as well as an entire animal for your special event. We have a 1/4 beef, 1/2 hog, and whole lamb minimum for our animal shares. We work with a local processor and you get to pick out the exact cuts you want. Meat comes frozen, labeled, and packaged.
