We are one of the only local producers offering 100% grass fed and finished lamb. Our leg of lamb is perfect for roasting, braising, smoking or cooking by the fire. Great for a dinner party or to feed the whole family. We have a limited number of legs available which is why we sell them individually. Get one before they are gone!
*We only offer our meat in bundles because we place an emphasis on utilizing the entire animal. We work directly with our processor to curate our bundles so that nothing goes to waste from the prime cuts to the bones and organs. This means that you will get to eat some amazing cuts that you may have never tried before while also having your staples. If you need help with recipes don’t hesitate to reach out.
