We are one of the only local producers offering 100% grass fed and finished lamb. The chops bundle is a great way to try out our high end lamb cuts. *We only offer our meat in bundles because we place an emphasis on utilizing the entire animal. We work directly with our processor to curate our bundles so that nothing goes to waste from the prime cuts to the bones and organs.
