Our lamb bones are not to be missed. We like to roast them and add them to bone broths, stews, stocks, and really anything you are going to cook for a long time. Bones add a depth of flavor that you can’t get anywhere else. Get these while they last, they usually go quick!
*We only offer our meat in bundles because we place an emphasis on utilizing the entire animal. We work directly with our processor to curate our bundles so that nothing goes to waste from the prime cuts to the bones and organs. This means that you will get to eat some amazing cuts that you may have never tried before while also having your staples. If you need help with recipes don’t hesitate to reach out.
