A variety of steaks, roasts, ground beef and stew meat. Average 7.5 lbs.
Pork:
A mixture of chops, multiple flavors of sausage (linked and ground), and slow cookers like butts, shanks, and shoulders. Average 7.5 lbs.
We guarantee a minimum total of 15 lbs. of beef and pork per month. Individual cuts, and flavors of sausage will vary but will always include premium cuts (chops and steaks), slow cookers, and ground.
